The kindergarten through 2nd grade presentation is named Ruby’s Story.  The presentation documents the life of a French Bulldog, Ruby, from her early life living in a puppy mill to her eventual rescue and adoption into a loving home.

The 3rd through 7th grade presentation is named It’s Not Cool To Be Cruel.  It discusses puppy mills with an underlying message of it not being cool to be cruel to people or animals.

The 8th through 12th grade presentation is named Puppy Mills: The Dirty Little Secret.  This presentation explores the puppy mill industry and touches on adoption, responsible breeding, and how to proactively educate others about the puppy mill industry.

In addition to the K – 12 presentations, The Puppy Mill Project in a Classroom contains an instructional video that describes and demonstrates age-appropriate, interactive activities for each presentation and a file containing appropriate handouts, such as word searches and a humane quiz, which can be given to audience participants.

The Puppy Mill Project in a Classroom also contains samples of items that can be purchased as additional presentation takeaways.  The samples include: 1 hard cover copy of Ruby’s Story; 1 soft cover copy of Ruby’s Story; and 1 soft cover Ruby’s Story coloring book.  The samples also include children’s educational tri-folds and 1 It’s Not Cool To Be Cruel wrist bracelet.
